What is Advanced Emergency Training?
This course was custom-designed from the ground up with the help of pilots across the country with varying experiences. It covers real emergencies that have actually happened to pilots — not just the textbook scenarios covered in a standard checkride.
All scenarios are briefed during the ground portion, but the in-flight scenarios come as a surprise to make the training as realistic — and as valuable — as possible. This is designed to be intentionally stressful. Real emergencies are stressful. You will be task-saturated. This is not a pass/fail course.
Satisfies Flight Review requirements
Can be endorsed in your logbook as a Flight Review under FAR 61.56
